Our Story
The Experience is a visionary leadership initiative co-directed by Jovita Warren and Juanita Francis. With over twenty years of combined leadership experience and a track record of impacting more than 100 organizations globally, we are deeply committed to equipping teams and helping founders transform their businesses.
Throughout our journey, we have served in executive leadership roles and have been outsourced to provide guidance and support to teams and founders. Over time, we noticed that many organizations lacked the in-house resources, tools, and strategies needed to achieve their goals and drive meaningful transformation in their communities.
This realization led to the creation of The Experience. Drawing on our expertise, experiences, and proven strategies gained from scaling and transforming organizational structures, we decided to create a resource that would empower executive leadership, departments, and founders to thrive.
